Tessa Laws has over twenty five years of experience in the City, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, public company flotations, joint venture agreements, and more. Tessa has been passionate about renewables since working on her first wind farm transaction in Cyprus in 2004.
Role Description
This is a hybrid role for a Renewable Energy lawyer at Purpose Law, responsible for closing investments for clients and general legal support across transactions predominantly in BESS, solar and wind energy. While the role is primarily located in London, work from home is acceptable client dependent.
