The company focus on Permanent and Contract placements into Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, Solar PV, Combined Heat & Power, Battery Energy Storage Systems, and Transmission & Distribution. They are part of a wider Group and have a partner recruitment business with strong financial backing.
Opportunity
Perm Recruitment Consultant/ Senior/ Principal Consultant with Energy Recruitment Experience either contingent or executive search. You will be a 360 recruiter with a mindset to bring in new clients.
Selling Points
- £28-40k Basic Salary (negotiable depending on billings and experience level)

- Guarantees up to 1 year available for high billers - especially if coming from a Perm background
- The further away you live from the office the more remote time that will be possible. They are very flexible and just want good people. You could be 100% remote with just a few days a month in the office when you are getting up and running. You could have more time in the office. You will come to an agreement that works based on experience and preference.
