*SMP OPPORUNITY IN NEOM**
The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement,This position is crucial for maintaining a high level of communication and support between our teams, which will ultimately contribute to the success of our ongoing partnership.
An onsite HRBP would serve as a key point of contact to handle the day-to-day HR needs of your SMPs, ensuring their concerns and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. This includes managing SMP relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and ensuring that your SMPs are fully supported in alignment with both our organizational values and policies.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Leading with integrity, consideration and challenge their SMPs HR requests.
- Provide expert HR, advice, guidance and support which aligns with SMP Centralized Framework Team and local business solutions
- Effectively develop & implement People plans, which align with the overall People Strategy and the relevant Business strategy which this role supports the SMP Centralized Framework Team
- Management of the whole SMP lifecycle with business from joining to through to exit/clearance.
- Performance Management (Ratings calibration/Performance Improvement Plans)
- Driving SMP engagement and culture
- Case management
- Ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through SMP Centralized Framework across all business functions.
- Ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with KSA Labor Law, NEOM policies, processes and procedures.
- Conduct research and data analytics to assess organizational performance.
- Provide expertise and creativity to develop HR initiatives to support with SMP Centralized Framework needs.
- Understanding the business model at depth – getting to know and understand how the business operates, how it creates value, its strategic drivers and its purpose.
- Generating insight from HR data and evidence – utilizing and applying the evidence base to support business objectives.
- Connecting with curiosity, purpose and impact – asking the right questions, crafting networks and understanding where HR can identify opportunities to create the most value.
Education & Experience Criteria for role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related subject
- Master’s degree in relevant subject preferred
- 5-10 years HR experience – 5 within HRBP or equivalent role
- Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Experience
- Experience of supporting Senior Leaders/Managers in the development of their business area to ensure key business aims and objectives are achieved.
- Well-developed expertise and understanding of theory and operational knowledge in current HR Practice and Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience of working in faced paced or start up organization.
- Experience internal consultant/change agent, strong stakeholder engagement skills
