Project Director Job Description:
We seek an experienced Director - Project Management to oversee and manage large-scale projects in Neom, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Project Design Management and a strong background working within consultancy environments.
Project Director Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction for successfully delivering projects in line with client objectives.
- Oversee all stages of project design and execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in project execution, aligning with Neom’s vision.
Project Director Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Design Management, with a strong focus on consultancy.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience in projects within Neom or Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
