Role Purpose
The holder of this position is responsible for managing regional offices across six territories within NEOM and carrying out internal and external stakeholders’ management activities in line with NMA's strategic objectives. The RO&SM manager will lead the RO&SM territory management Leads and develop SOP’s and inspection plans to monitor NMA service providers and their performance. The RO&SM manager will support the Sr. Manager of Municipal Services and Regional Offices in identifying the areas of improvement and lead brainstorming sessions to enhance DPMA relevant activities according to its strategic objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
• Develop practices and procedures that have a significant impact on the overall RO&SM stakeholders.
• Ensure all developed programs follow NMA strategic objectives.
• Engage and align staff, establishing performance metrics and quality of care levels while curtailing costs with more efficient use of resources.
• Development and achievement of departmental KPI’s and objectives.
• KPI’s monitoring and submitting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Review and development of individual KPIs for regional offices leads.
• Overseeing daily engagements.
• Overseeing inspection activities in 6 territories under regional offices.
• Encourage generating new ideas for business enhancement and prospecting future projects through brainstorming sessions.
• Assure daily inspection operations with service providers providing soft and hard services within the territories and selective facilities.
• Responsible for development and review of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Engage with social awareness programs enhancing public awareness of municipal services related topics like waste management and littering.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures in public facilities and territory operations through incident reporting and site monitoring.
• Ensure adequate resources in terms of budget and other resources.
• Creation and development of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual achievements reports.
• Build and maintain professional rapport with a variety of stakeholders including, but not limited to, local municipalities, government, and private agencies, and community organizations where applicable.
• Supervise, evaluate, and train territory management lead and technical staff.
• Attend training conferences relevant to business challenges as encountered.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
BACKGROUND, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Managing medium to large projects utilizing strong organizational skills.
• Understanding of the requirements to stakeholders’ management and regional management.
• Gathering and evaluating data for planning, assessment, and priority setting.
• Understanding and applying base-economy policies and best practices.
• Utilizing Quality Management and Improvement principles.
• Understanding of public and private sectors’ trends and relations.
• Using technology to create reports, presentations, charts, and graphs.
• Using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook at an advance or expert level of proficiency
Non-technical Skills:
• Report writing skills.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business or an appropriate discipline.
• 10 years of experience working in same or similar stakeholders’ management and regional management business.
• Experience in local municipalities departments is a plus.
