Job Description
To manage contractual matters of Masdars Battery Energy Storage projects, managing all contract activities and providing appropriate levels of contractual advice whenever required. To ensure all contractual activities are carried out to a high standard in accordance with Masdar requirements, and are transparent and supported by appropriate documentation. To ensure that all members of the Project teams comply with Masdar governance and undertake audits whenever necessary.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized higher education institution
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or finance or related field
Preferred Experience:
• 6-8 years experience in contracts in roles involving the management and administration of construction contracts in the construction, industrial, energy / oil and gas or petrochemical sectors or equivalent experience
• Experience in managing and administrating renewable energy contract agreements is an asset
