Oil&Gas / Carbon Capture / Hydrogen / LNG / Onshore / Refinery / Petrochemical / Renewables

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for HSE matters across projects
- Must have experience in pre feed / feed / deliverables / EPC
- Develop and maintain effective HSE management systems to ensure compliance with UK laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct reviews, audits, inspections, and risk assessments to promote HSE excellence.
- Lead incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Support project teams in integrating HSE into all phases, including engineering, construction, and commissioning.
- Assess supplier and subcontractor HSE performance during prequalification and execution.
- Drive HSE culture through training, performance monitoring, and promoting initiatives.
- Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to stay informed on best practices and emerging trends.
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering ( essential )
- Experience with EPC and major engineering companies
- Involvement throughout the project lifecycle ( from Pre-FEED / proposal ideally )
