Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Consultant at etasca. The Consultant will be responsible for providing commercial, technical, and ESG advisory expertise to support key investment decisions, focusing on due diligence for transactions and project finance. They will also be tasked with providing strategic advice on technologies, markets, and business planning in the energy transition and chemical sectors.
Qualifications
* 2 – 5 years of experience providing commercial and technical advisory services to clients in the energy and chemicals sectors
* Experience in performing due diligence for capital raises, M&A transactions and project finance engagements
* Knowledge of energy transition technologies and/or markets such as e-fuels, hydrogen, renewables, and sustainable chemicals
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or related field
