Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Power Platform Automation & AI Engineer to develop and implement automation and AI solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, CoPilot). You’ll help optimize business processes and collaborate with technical and business teams, while also mentoring others in the Power Platform space.

What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Delivery: Define standards and build scalable apps using Power Platform technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with business teams to identify and solve process inefficiencies.
- Lead Innovation: Implement the latest technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Mentor: Guide and support citizen developers in adopting best practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and CoPilot.
- Skills: Ability to develop applications, integrate data, and manage the application lifecycle.
- Traits: Analytical, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with CoPilot, Azure, Power BI, and building custom connectors.
- Power Platform Certifications (PL-100, PL-400, PL-800) are a plus.
