The Soft Services Coordinator - Housekeeping SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Key Accountabilities
- Assists in leading the Communities housekeeping and janitorial operations.
- Oversees the implementation of day-to-day services.
- Ensures the Housekeeping and Janitorial operation meets the target customer needs, employee satisfaction, focuses on growing customer satisfaction.
- Responsible to oversee the delivery of the service level agreements and key performance indicators in the contract between NEOM and its partners in Housekeeping and Janitorial.
- To monitor and ensure best practice is achieved in line with pre agreed SOPs.
- To ensure all service provider staff are suitably trained and equipped in order that they operate in accordance with our QHSE policies and procedures.
- Proactively manage and take ownership of day-to-day issues that arise in the operations.
- Seek and create solutions to problems in operation with service provider.
- Liaise with client and employees, to ensure that the provision of support services meets and exceeds service level agreements.
- Immediately notify and report the quality control team of any safety issues or concerns.
- Monitor stock levels of service provider in chemical, consumables, linen.
- Ensure all equipment is available, maintained and serviced regularly and as needed.
- Encourage employees to support the operational business objectives by sharing knowledge and to develop a creative approach to their work and to ‘think outside the box’.

Qualifications
- Diploma in hospitality or relevant field
- Minimums have 5 to 7 years’ experience in housekeeping, Janitorial management position within the hospitality / FM industry.
