Our Compressors Engineering Graduate Programme, based at our Howden location in Renfrew, 15 minutes from Glasgow City Centre, provides a fantastic opportunity to accelerate your learning with a variety of real life work experiences across different business areas. The Products
We have a world-wide reputation for engineering excellence and are acknowledged throughout the world as a market and technical leader. The key products from our portfolio that you would work on includes Screw Compressors and Turbo Blowers.
As an established leader in the engineering and manufacturing of high-performance air and gas handling solutions, we are now at the forefront of the energy transition offering products in Hydrogen, Emissions Reduction and CCUS applications.
The Training
Our Graduate Programme is aligned with the institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) competencies and during the first two years of the programme you will develop your knowledge and skills in different areas of the business through 8 x 3 month placements in core areas such as: design, research, sales and proposals, project management, operations and procurement; ensuring that you gain the knowledge, experience and skills required to reach Chartered status by IChemE. After your first two years in the programme you will move to a permanent role whilst continuing to receive mentoring from some of our most experienced and accredited leaders.
Whilst you will be based in our Renfrew location, you will be part of our global team working on projects around the globe. Our UK program also offers the opportunity to be part of our graduate led European network for engineering graduates.
The Candidates
To be considered for our graduate scheme you should hold an IChemE accredited MEng or BEng (Hons)degree in Chemical Engineering Discipline.
