About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and versatile NetSuite Developer & Integration Specialist to customise and integrate our NetSuite ERP system to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SuiteScript, NetSuite architecture, and integration methodologies, ensuring seamless system performance and connectivity across applications.

What You'll Do
- Development & Customisation:
- Design, develop, and maintain custom scripts using SuiteScript 1.0/2.0 to extend NetSuite functionality.
- Configure and optimise workflows, saved searches, custom records, and forms to support business processes.
- Develop NetSuite customisations not limited to SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Javascript, REST, Advanced PDF/HTML, Electronic Payment File Format (EFT)
- Develop custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs to enhance data visibility and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within NetSuite, ensuring optimal system performance.
- System Integration:
- Familiarity with third party integrations .
- Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
- Monitor integration performance and resolve issues to maintain uninterrupted data flow.
- Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to optimise system usage.
- Stay informed about NetSuite updates and industry best practices to enhance system functionality.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users.
- Documentation & Maintenance:
- Document technical designs, customisations, and integration workflows for future reference and team knowledge-sharing.
- Ensure compliance with NetSuite development best practices and data security standards.
What You'll Need
- Proven experience in NetSuite development, customisation, and integrations.
- Familiarity in integrating NetSuite with third-party systems using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs) or middleware tools.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), Familiarity with JSON, XML, and data transformation techniques.
- Programming knowledge in JavaScript, SQL, or related languages.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Even Better If You Have
- An understanding of ERP processes, particularly in finance.
- Technically skilled in SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and SuiteAnalytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Dell Boomi, or Mulesoft.
- Certifications in NetSuite ERP or related technologies.
