The Engineering Lead – DevOps will report into our Head of IT Engineering, and be based in our London office overseeing the design, implementation, and management of our cutting-edge multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP. The Engingeering Lead - DevOps will play a critical role in aligning our cloud strategy with business objectives. From championing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to driving automation and building robust CI/CD pipelines, the role will foster innovation and continuous improvement. The Engineering Lead -DevOps will be key in optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and creating a culture of collaboration within your high-performing DevOps team and ensure our platform is secure, scalable, and cost-efficient, driving forward our mission.
Desirable skills:
- Proven experience leading and mentoring DevOps teams, with a focus on collaboration and achieving results.
- Deep technical expertise across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a strategic understanding of multi-cloud infrastructure.
- Advanced knowledge of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), CI/CD pipelines, and automation best practices.
- Strong grasp of cloud security, compliance, and cost management strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
