We are looking to add a Field Service Engineer in the region Midlands / M4 Corridor

Functions include but not limited to:
- Installation and service of Skalar laboratory analyzers throughout the United Kingdom
- Training of customers on use and maintenance of equipment at facility locations
- Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment locally and at customer locations
- rovide telephone support and service/CRM database entry of issues and documentation of work performed
Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate’s degree chemistry / chemical engineering or equivalent, a Bachelor’s degree in chemistry / chemical engineering is preferred or a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- Previous experience with Skalar analyzers is a definite plus
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot and repair instrumentation
- Affinity towards learning new software programs
- Reliable and dependable, self-motivated, capable of working unsupervised as part of a team
- Frequent travel to a variety of industrial facilities (50%-75%)
- Maintain home office for remote work when not traveling
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers
- Valid driver’s license and passport or ability acquire one
