The Job
Our client is currently seeking a talented front end developer with experience working with Shopify to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as experience customising Shopify themes and building custom Shopify apps.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement custom Shopify themes
- Build custom Shopify apps to enhance the functionality of our online store
- Work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Optimise websites for maximum speed and scalability
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Candidate Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a front end developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles
- Experience with Liquid templating language and Shopify APIs
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
