Job description:
Knowledge of web, mobile and desktop software QA processes
Knowledge of QA methodologies that cover regression testing, ad hoc testing, functional testing, user interface testing, and integration testing
5 or more recent years of professional work experience in software QA testing
At least 3+ years of working in QA automation
Experience in writing, executing and monitoring automated test suites using a variety of technologies such as Selenium, Java
Thorough understanding automated QA processes
Experience with Continuous Integration systems (e.g. Jenkins, BuildBot, Travis CI, or similar)
Experience with Mac hardware and software
Proven ability to deliver high-quality work on tight schedules.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent context switching
Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
Outstanding collaboration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
Create test plans and test scripts from functional specifications, manage test data
Enhance and maintain QA automation test coverage
Use bug-tracking software to report issues, and maintain records of reported and resolved issues
Provide project managers with timely and accurate QA status and progress during all project testing phases, including summarizing QA results at project conclusion
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
