We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar PV Installation Engineer to join our growing team at FWT Energy LTD. The ideal candidate will have a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in solar panel installation. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects, ensuring installations are completed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels and batteries on rooftops and ground-mounted arrays.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal installation strategies.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of installed systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and any required documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients about their solar systems.
Qualifications:
- Valid electrician qualifications (e.g., state certification or license).
- Mandatory 1 year of experience in solar panel installation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
- Familiarity with solar PV technology and installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
