ROLE OVERVIEW
- Working as part of NEOM Community Services department under Neom Operation, the role is to work as a Finance Associate, including tracking all receivables related to Community Services activities.
- Maintaining records of transactions, analyzing data, performing audits in all paid activities, assisting with budgets and all financial activities, and reporting their findings to management to help their decision-making.
- This role will be the main point of contact with multiple internal and external entities regarding community service-paid activities such as E-Wallet at NEOM dining halls and paid recreation classes/activities.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Working with all Community Service proponents to oversee the paid services and assist in the payment mechanism between NEOM and its partners.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Creating periodic reports, such as revenue generation and reconciliation.
- Presenting data to managers, service providers, and other entities.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
- Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Maintaining NEOM finance systems.
- All additional reports and financial reconciliations are assigned by the line manager/ department.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of standard principles of Finance and Accounting.
- Proficiency in various software such as word processing, spreadsheet applications, and specialized accounting software.
- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports.
- Strong knowledge of creating informational financial reports based on financial data such as accounts, budgets, revenue, and expenses.
- Advance in English language ability, both spoken and written.
- Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of data analysis experience.
- Advance in SAP modules (S4Hana, Ariba, Supply and Resource Management, Finance, and Guided Buying)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office modules (Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
