O&M (Operation & Maintenance) and Support Administrator and play a pivotal role in supporting the operation and maintenance of cutting-edge solar PV, battery storage, and EV charger systems.
About The Role
As an O&M and Support Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our maintenance operations. From scheduling appointments to liaising with internal teams and subcontractors, you’ll ensure that our systems run smoothly, and our customers are delighted with our service. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of renewable energy solutions while honing your organisational and customer service skills.
This is a part time, permanent position, working 20 hours a week from Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
Diary Management & Appointment Booking:
- Schedule engineer appointments for both commercial and domestic projects.
- Update customers with attendance dates via phone and email.
- Keep our CRM system (Salesforce) updated with bookings and attendance records.
Health, Safety, & Compliance
- Ensure Method Statements and Risk Assessments (RAMs) are prepared and communicated.
- Adhere to and enforce company health and safety policies.
Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and equipment updates.
- Ensure engineers complete all paperwork promptly and update the CRM accordingly.
- Notify Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) of any equipment changes.
Team Liaison
- Work closely with procurement, sales, and project teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide feedback and escalate any issues to enhance service efficiency.
Customer Interaction
- Keep clients informed about maintenance schedules and service updates.
- Escalate unresolved issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Manufacturer Interaction
- Coordinate with manufacturers on equipment warranties and support tickets.
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to safety and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies is desirable.
