Gent Sevice & Small Works Engineer

Do you specialise in service, fault-finding, and small works across fire and security systems? This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong background in fire alarm and security system maintenance and minor installations, particularly Gent systems. You will have access to excellent training and development opportunities, including exposure to enterprise-level security systems, ensuring continuous progression within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain, and fault-find on Gent fire alarm systems and other fire safety equipment.
- Carry out small works, system upgrades, and minor installations across fire and security systems.
- Work with intruder alarms (Galaxy, Texecom), CCTV (Bosch, Hikvision, Avigilon), and access control systems (Paxton, Lenel, C-Cure).
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (BS 5839, NSI, BAFE) and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality service and technical support to clients, diagnosing faults and ensuring system reliability.
- Complete and maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Participate in approved overtime and on-call duties, where required.
