Who we are…and what we do
We are LIPTON Teas and Infusions - the world’s largest tea business. With the commitment to drive the whole industry upwards by growing value for all - farmers, consumers, retailers, our people, partners, shareholders, and the planet - we own a portfolio of more than 30 world-class brands, including Lipton, PG Tips, TAZO, Brooke Bond and B-Corp certified Pukka and T2.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, we make our products available to consumers in more than 100 countries. Our brands are critical ingredients in expanding the role tea plays in consumers’ lives, bringing new value to the category and beyond.
With nine production sites on four continents and tea-growing estates in three countries in Africa, we are continually working to make our Supply Chain more sustainable. This starts with helping to improve the lives of the people who pick our tea leaves and how we blend and package our products, through to reducing the impact tea production has on the environment.
We put consumer love at the heart of every decision. We celebrate diverse thinkers who take personal ownership to connect ideas and make impactful things happen; people who share our values around humanity and courage and give their commitment to nurturing the wellbeing of all. In return, we offer a working culture that gives our people freedom and flexibility, and where they can grow both personally and professionally to master their field.
Be part of our amazing blend. Come and grow yourself and, in turn, help us to grow a world of wellbeing!
