Role Description: Carbon Task Force Volunteer
We are currently seeking passionate individuals for two volunteer roles within our Carbon Task Force: Outreach Specialist and Research Specialist. These positions offer a unique opportunity to engage with nature-based and renewable energy carbon projects, building expertise in carbon credits, and contribute to the global fight against climate change.
You will work remotely as part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that values professional growth and intellectual challenge.
Position 1: Outreach Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including investors, communities, and organizations.
• Advocate for sustainability practices and communicate the impact of carbon credit initiatives.
• Represent Earth Love United Foundation in meetings, webinars, and events to promote our mission.
• Assist in identifying potential partners who align with our sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts and project goals.
Qualifications
• Bilingual English proficiency with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for sustainability and climate change advocacy.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
• Experience in customer service, public relations, or stakeholder engagement is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Communications, or a related field.
Position 2: Research Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed research on nature-based carbon credit projects.
• Analyze data and methodologies to assess the impact of carbon initiatives.
• Support the development of project proposals and portfolios.
Qualifications
• Bilingual English proficiency with strong analytical and writing skills.
• Background in environmental studies, sustainability, or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis and interpretation is highly desirable.
• Passion for climate change solutions and nature-based initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Finance, or related fields.
