We're looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Partnerships Manager to join Hypervolt's business development team, working to help drive sales and partnership retention/value, in addition to achieving our ultimate goal of hastening net-zero by accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management: Commercially minded and articulate, the ideal candidate will nurture our stable of automotive partners, including creating strategies to enhance our proposition.
- Business development: Driving profitable growth and prospecting new partnerships across leasing, BVRLA leasing brokers, automotive dealerships, and salary sacrifice providers.
- Relationship management: ensuring partner satisfaction and retention by understanding their needs, objectives, and concerns, and providing a personalised service that chimes with Hypervolt's 5 star customer support philosophy.
- Pipeline and CRM management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and sales reports to ensure we are accurately tracking volume, as each Hypervolt sold represents another EV on the road and a step closer to our ultimate mission.
- Product and industry knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Hypervolt’s products, services, and crucially industry trends to provide informed support and recommendations to partners.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management/business development, preferably in the EV charging or related industry, or in a start-up environment.
- Negotiation and sales: Sales is about solving our clients problems, thus the candidate must be able to align the commercial and sustainability objectives of our partners, with Hypervolt's offering in a mutually beneficial way.
- Commercially minded: Entrepreneurial, with a strong 'can do' spirit.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill Hypervolt's platform, offering, and vision.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently, autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
