Plant Manager, £75,000 + 20% Bonus

Are you an established plant manager looking for a change in career?
How about managing one of the UK’s only Green Hydrogen production plants?
You will be working for a pioneer in Green hydrogen production, who enable their customers to convert to Hydrogen-Powered transportation.
Working at their greenfield plant, they’re already providing fuels to major customers such as National Express and JCB. Not only that but this is just the start, with the aim to provide 500MW of
Low-carbon hydrogen production across both the UK and Europe.
As the Plant Manager you will oversee day-day operations of their Hydrogen Production facility. You can be based out of their HQ in Oxford as long as you are happy to travel to their Birmingham site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the Hydrogen Plant’s operations, including maintenance, HSE and production.
- Develop strategies to improve plant productivity/efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and repair of plant equipment.
- Lead a team of Technicians.
Necessary experience:
- 3+ years experience working as a Plant Manager.
- Strong leadership experience.
- Knowledge of one of the following: Hydrogen, Energy, Chemical, Plant engineering
