We are looking for a talented, product-minded designer with a versatile skillset to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in crafting exceptional customer experiences, balancing user needs with business goals while delivering value efficiently without sacrificing quality. We’re seeking a team player with a curious, self-driven mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
This role will be highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, and proactively deliver solutions - leading the design process from idea to execution to craft intuitive and impactful web and product experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead the product design lifecycle for our in-house responsive web applications
- Map out and optimise customer journeys to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with teams and business areas across the whole company
- Champion a customer-centric approach to design
- Conduct user research, interviews, and testing to inform design strategies
- Contribute to our design system and its maintenance
- Support marketing efforts through impactful visual design when required
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
What You'll Need
- A minimum of 5 years professional design experience across responsive web design
- A strong portfolio showcasing your abilities across both product and visual design, with an emphasis on product design.
- Experience having a close working relationship with developers and iterating.
- Experience working on an internal facing product
- Experience with conducting your own UX research
- A high proficiency in Figma - for both design and prototyping.
- A proven track record in crafting CX-focussed designs that have measurably improved customer experience.
- Experience working within and contributing to a design system.
- Experience in campaign creation and delivery.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
- Highly organised, with effective time management skills.
- High standards and attention to detail.
