Job Title: Director - Project Management

Project Director Job Description:

We seek an experienced Director - Project Management to oversee and manage large-scale projects in Neom, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Project Design Management and a strong background working within consultancy environments.

Project Director Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction for successfully delivering projects in line with client objectives.
Oversee all stages of project design and execution, ensuring compliance with international standards and client requirements.
Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Drive innovation and sustainability in project execution, aligning with Neom’s vision.

Project Director Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 20 years of experience in Project Design Management, with a strong focus on consultancy.
Proven expertise in managing large-scale construction projects.
Previous experience in projects within Neom or Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
