About Us:

GeoSystems is a leading surveying, engineering, and technical manpower supplier firm, renowned for delivering high-quality engineering services across the NEOM region. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Technical Office Engineer with a strong background in MEP systems design, coordination, and shop drawings to join our team on an outsourcing basis for one of our clients, a well-known contracting company.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and approve MEP design drawings, focusing on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Develop and manage detailed MEP shop drawings for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and independently complete design calculation reports.
Coordinate with civil, structural, and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems in overall project designs.
Prepare, review, and manage technical documents, including RFIs, submittals, and variation orders, with a focus on MEP systems.
Assist in the preparation of project reports, documenting all MEP-related issues, and communicating them to relevant stakeholders.
Familiar with Saudi Arabian building standards, NEOM procedures, and international general standards
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle, particularly for MEP systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on MEP systems design and shop drawings.
Proven experience in preparing and reviewing detailed MEP shop drawings.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant design software, with specific experience in MEP systems.
Strong understanding of engineering principles related to MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
Proficiency in speaking, writing, and understanding the English language is a must.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
