Our Client is a leading importer, supplying major retailers in the UK with beautiful home textiles and they are now seeking a Sustainability Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about sustainability and textiles, and eager to contribute to our clients environmental and social responsibility initiatives.
Reporting to the Sustainability Leader you will be responsible for:-
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and implementation of sustainability strategies.
- Assisting the sustainability lead.
- Assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting related to sustainability goals.
- Assisting on circularity projects within textiles.
- Coordinatingwith internal teams and external stakeholders to advance sustainability initiatives.
- Staying updated on trends, policies, and best practices in sustainability.
Qualifications And Skills
- A degree within textiles/business or sustainability is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
