As a Manager for Solar, Battery Storage & EV, you will lead the complete project lifecycle, overseeing solar, battery storage, and EV projects from initial planning to successful installation and client handover. You will mentor and manage a skilled team of electricians, ensuring safety, quality, and technical excellence are at the forefront of all operations.

- Lead Complete Project Life Cycle: Manage projects from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Build & Empower a Skilled Team: Lead and mentor electricians, ensuring safety, adherence to regulations, and exceptional technical performance.
- Drive Innovation & Compliance: Keep the company ahead of industry advancements, integrating emerging technologies and best practices while maintaining strict compliance with all regulations and standards. This includes fulfilling MCS accreditation within the first six months and embedding MCS guidelines into daily operations.
Key Outcomes:
- MCS Accreditation: Achieve MCS approval within 6 months of joining, ensuring compliance with all necessary guidelines.
- B2B Growth:
- Achieve 50% B2B focus by the end of Year 1
- Reach 80% B2B focus by the end of Year 2
- Achieve 100% B2B focus by the end of Year 3
- Revenue Growth:
- Grow from £0 to £100k in Year 1
- Increase to £300k by the end of Year 2
- Expand to £600k by the end of Year 3
- Profitability Targets:
- Target -30% profit margin by the end of Year 1
- Achieve 0% profit margin by the end of Year 2
- Reach +20% profit margin by the end of Year 3
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes to reduce costs without compromising quality, focusing on sourcing cost-effective materials and managing labour efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have:
- Full, clean driving license
- Consent to a DBS check
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
- City & Guilds 2391-52: Level 3 Award in Inspection and Testing
- Solar PV Installation qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2399-13)
- Battery Storage qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2399-42/43)
- EV Charger Installation qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds 2919-01)
Would Like to Have:
- Experience in sales, management, and team development

- SMSTS qualification
