The Architect will oversee the full spectrum of architecture design for different asset types relating to THE LINE. Manage the full spectrum of architecture design for different asset types across THE LINE. Serves as a capable professional in an architectural design team, leading work on specific elements of a project with minimal direction and supervision of a Senior Architect or senior team member. This is a KSA NEOM client site-based role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design quality and coordination of design between different design streams.
- Manages compliance with masterplan, vision, and engineering integration.
- Manages Safety in Design.
- Liaison with delivery teams and integration of designs.
- Assist in developing NEOM architecture design style.
- Managing the design with a creative approach and aesthetic focus.
- Responsible for delivering various architectural design types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Strong ability to prepare, develop, and edit drawings and presentations.
- Conduct qualitative architectural design reviews, provide comments, and make recommendations.
- Draft comprehensive architectural sets from concept to detailed design documents.
- Develop and review architectural asset briefs.
- Prepare Scopes of Work (SoW), specifications, reports, and related data tables.
- Take initiative to develop design manuals and standard design documents.
- Possess technical detailing and construction administration experience.
- Research new technologies and trends.
- Produce deliverables in accordance with NEOM standards and policies.

Experience
- Significant architectural design and management experience post-undergraduate studies.
- Experience in various architectural types: residential, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Middle Eastern design experience is highly appreciated.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Sc) from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate degree in Architecture.
- International Accreditations (e.g., RIBA, AIA, or equivalent).
- Sustainability Certification (e.g., LEED, PQP, or equivalent).
