Key Responsibilities
Manage all project phases, including planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final delivery, ensuring budgets and timelines are met.
Collaborate closely with customers to address changes, provide progress updates, and meet Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements.
Translate customer specifications into actionable tasks, managing resources and subcontractor coordination while monitoring progress.
Deliver projects on time by clarifying and meeting customer expectations and requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies, analyse changes, and resolve challenges through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Support design verification, reporting, and technical problem-solving.
Anticipate risks and proactively implement solutions to minimize project disruptions.
Participate in PFMEA, quality reviews, and robustness studies to ensure product excellence.
Share feedback and lessons learned during project handover for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
Strong skills in requirements analysis, project management (APQP), and process improvement.
Proficient in manufacturing methods, technical documentation, and supervision.
Solid technical understanding of engineering concepts and manufacturing procedures.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of project experience in the automotive industry.
