About The Role
We are seeking an
ECO Submission Coordinator to join our Housing and Public Sector team in a new and critical role. This position is responsible for managing the submission and planning process for ECO4 projects. As the key point of contact for ECO submissions, you’ll ensure full compliance with ECO4 and grant scheme requirements and contribute to effective project execution.
In this role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners, customers, and funding agents to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to PAS2035 guidelines. If you have a passion for energy efficiency, compliance, and project management, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Submission Management: Set up, manage, and improve the submission and planning process for ECO4 projects.
- Compliance Oversight: Implement submission procedures to ensure compliance with ECO4 and Ofgem requirements.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, Retrofit Assessors, Retrofit Coordinators, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Data & Communication: Maintain accurate data handling practices, communicate professionally, and update stakeholders on timelines and project progress.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address project issues proactively, ensuring project deadlines and standards are met.
- Reporting: Generate periodic reports on project statuses, submission results, and planning advancements.
About You
- Essential: Experience with ECO project submissions and grant management.
- Desirable: Familiarity with retrofit software.
- Essential: Strong understanding of ECO4 regulations, PAS2035 guidelines, and experience with retrofit processes.
- Essential: Experience working with external partners and funding agents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
