The Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at Sonnedix is accountable and responsible along with our MSP for managing and maintaining our entire Microsoft cloud systems stack including M365, Entra and InTune systems. We take a proactive approach to Build, Deploy and Operate our Microsoft cloud capabilities for all end-user systems and services. We are employing an innovative and cutting-edge Microsoft Specialist, to engineer, design, deploy, and operate our Microsoft cloud and end-point solutions to the highest standards and to ensure our end-users and their devices are managed in the most efficient way.
With the support of our global 24/7 remote service desk, there is a secondary responsibility to provide end-user and infrastructure escalation hardware and application support for the London office. This will require a high degree of customer service and a willingness to help at all levels. Maintenance of all IT assets at the London office including procurement, replacement and support of all laptops, mobile phones, printers and meeting room equipment will be the responsibility of this role.
Desirable skills:
- Minimum 5 years certified working in a large enterprise environment and at least 2 years of managing or leading the M365 and Entra programs on a global scale.
- Subject matter expert on Microsoft EntraID, Azure, M365 including Autopilot.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others. Great customer service and willing to help at all levels.
- Strong communication skills including presentation and documentation writing (to both technical and business audiences).
- An aptitude for autonomous learning as required by the business demands. Proven track record of problem-solving abilities.
