What You'll Be Doing
You will lead the product organisation, responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies, managing teams, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This crucial role will cover technology development and well as the projects covering no-code product and process development to drive growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
The role will report directly to the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer.
- Strategic planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritising features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact
- Cross-functional leadership: Act as a bridge between different departments, including engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations. By fostering collaboration and communication, ensure that all teams work towards the same objectives and that the product development process is cohesive and efficient
- Research & analysis: Conduct extensive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes and business impact. This information informs product decisions and helps identify new opportunities
- Problems solving: Create first-class, efficient solutions to difficult problems driving scope of the products we build
- Product development oversight: oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and design to development, testing, and launch. This includes managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure the product is delivered on time and within scope
- Customer focus: Prioritise the customer experience, gathering and analyzing user feedback to continuously improve the product. They ensure the product solves real customer problems and delivers a compelling user experience
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the product's success post-launch and adapt to ensure we meet objective. This includes analysing sales data, user engagement, and other relevant metrics to inform future product decisions and iterations
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including executives, and customers, to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and align expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years proven experience as a product manager in a fast growing, tech focused company
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and development processes
- Experience in cross functional project management to delivery stretching outcomes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working towards a strategic vision
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
- Experience with data analysis and performance metrics tracking

Compensation:
Base salary: £70,000 - £90,000
Equity: £3,000+ early stage equity through EMI options
