Due to company expansion, Tersus Consultancy requires a motivated Administrator to join our busy team in North Cardiff. This office is responsible for the whole of Wales and the Southwest and is recruiting following year-on-year growth in this region. Initially this is a temporary role to cover maternity for 12 months with potential to go permanent for the right person.
Your role will be to perform a variety of administrative tasks reporting to the Branch Manager.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day duties of Administration and Operations
- Scheduling work for the surveying team
- Dealing with our clients over the phone and via email
- Report production and report checking
- Sending reports and certificates to the clients to ensure deadlines are met
- Updating internal and client data bases
The person we are looking for will have the following attributes:
- Great professional phone manner and friendly, approachable personality
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A methodical approach to paperwork and general office procedures
