We are looking to welcome a Product Quality & Recovery Co-Worker to join our amazing Product Quality & Recovery Team.
Our Produce Quality & Recovery Team have the final say on what happens to products that are returned or damaged. We are looking for people who see the possibilities not obvious to everyone. People who can see ways to give products a second life following the guidance of IKEA product quality and safety procedures.

WHAT WE OFFER
• This role offers an hourly rate of £12.00
• 16 hours per week, working 4 days over 7, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.
• 24 hours per week, working 5 days over 7, including evenings and 3 out of 4 weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You are comfortable using power tools and assembling a wide range of IKEA products.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Take necessary action on products to give them a second chance, through As-Is Selling, Repackaging or spare parts management.
• Present and Sell IKEA products in As-Is using a strong commercial expression, selling these products with pride, and setting relevant prices that are attractive to customers yet still generate the best results for the business.
• Always consider the sustainability impact when deciding when and how to recover products.
• Represent and be an ambassador for product recovery, quality, and safety awareness in the unit.
• Work closely with the different functions in the unit to ensure that common working routines and
• processes are followed related to product quality, safety and recovery.
• Support and execute the product quality and safety related tasks in the unit to constantly improve customers’ product quality perception of our IKEA products.
