ROLE OVERVIEW
Advises on and coordinates with the program office for THE LINE Landscapes, Executive Director (ED). The office is responsible for integrating, connecting and delivering work streams and acting as a communicator linking the ED’s office with the broader NEOM and external organization.
Acts as a representative of the ED across THE LINE Landscapes and in various business workstreams and is responsible for the preparation and execution of Founding Board presentations and other governance related requirements.
Delivers a varied portfolio of assignments acting as the interface between the ED and various internal and external stakeholders, managing internal and external communications, and content creation to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
Coordinates TLL submissions and maintains a central register of decisions and sign-offs.
The ideal candidate will be a development subject matter expert with broad experience in a multi-national organization, versatile problem-solver with exceptional communication skills, capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY
The Program Advisor SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Act as extension to the ED, providing guidance and insight on strategic decisions, long-term planning, and organizational priorities.
- Collaborate across THE LINE Landscapes executive to define and execute the organization's strategic vision.
- Apply extensive knowledge and experience of concept strategies, development programs, business cases, project management and organizational governance.
- Act as a thought partner to THE LINE Landscapes leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Help in defining and setting organizational goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Led and coordinate strategic business initiatives from development through to successful execution under the guidance of the ED.
- Develop and implement communication strategies. Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with THE LINE Landscapes goals and objectives.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content for PIF, Founding Boards and internal communications.
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged, including managing internal communications, announcements, and events.
- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Assist the ED with decision-making, project management, business strategies and appropriate record keeping
- Where appropriate, facilitate and oversee meetings.
- Ensure seamless project management and timely delivery on allocated assignments.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness around organizational topics as well as governance.
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of organizational policies and procedures to create, compose and edit executive documentation.

- Minimum of 10+ years' experience, likely in a Project Management or Business Management role.
