Responsibilities
- Monitor & Support – Assist with the remote management of EV chargers across various locations.
- Onboard & Configure – Help integrate new chargers into our billing and management portal.
- Customer Support – Provide technical assistance to end users and troubleshoot connectivity or software issues.
- Partner Collaboration – Work closely with our charger manufacturers and billing providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Training & Development – Attend product training with partners and help refine our approach to EV charging communications.
