Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Level 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessments and produce EPCs.
- Perform dynamic simulation modelling and Part L compliance assessments.
- Provide expert energy efficiency advice to clients, helping deliver sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to ensure compliance with building regulations and energy performance requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and technological advancements in the energy sector.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Level 5 Non-Domestic Energy Assessor accredited by an approved body.
- Strong knowledge of SBEM, DSM software (IES-VE or TAS), and Part L compliance.
- Previous experience within an MEP consultancy or energy assessment role.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and project teams.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with a strong interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.
