- Liaise with Data teams to build insights on Sustainable Procurement data to support and influence business decisions.
- Work alongside the Environmental and Sustainability Manager to support the delivery of the wider UK&I ESG Operational strategy.
- Drive a culture of business ownership and accountability for third-party supplier management practices to ensure Procurement and Property policies and procedures are embedded.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience or awareness of Procurement / Supply Chain processes and driving transformational change with a passion for sustainability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes (PowerPoint, Excel, Word – experience in PowerBI is advantageous).
- Relevant degree preferred (UK undergraduate degree or similar).
- Ability to build relationships based on trust at all levels in the organisation and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong communications skills and ability to present data/insights in a way that speaks to stakeholders, to tailor communications to varying audiences and to quickly incorporate feedback and adjust accordingly.
- Necessary drive to obtain buy-in, influence others and manage conflict resolution effectively.
- Motivation to work in an innovative and changing environment with ambiguous situations with the ability to invent the path for success.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
