Job Summary:
Dar AlRiyadh is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for PMC business line with a strong background in Project Management Consultancy. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Giga, Mega, and PIF projects in Saudi Arabia, driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and securing high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand Dar AlRiyadh’s presence in the PMC sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Giga and Mega projects, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
- Drive client acquisition and retention, fostering strong relationships with government entities, PIF, NEOM, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, and other key stakeholders.
Client & Market Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to position Dar AlRiyadh competitively.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Bid & Proposal Management:
- Lead the preparation of prequalification documents, proposals, and tenders for PMC contracts in large-scale projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, competitive, and compliant bids.
- Negotiate and secure profitable contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Operational Coordination & Leadership:
- Work closely with technical, commercial, and project teams to align business development efforts with operational capabilities.
- Provide market insights and strategic guidance to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in business development within the PMC sector.
- Proven track record of securing contracts for Giga, Mega, and PIF projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong understanding of Saudi market dynamics, Vision 2030 initiatives, and regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in explore new potential opportunities, contract negotiation, and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong network within government entities, PIF projects, and major developers.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with NEOM, Red Sea Global, Qiddiya, Diriyah Gate, and other PIF-backed projects.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
