Location: Manchester (based at ACMHS offices in Moss Side)
Hours: Part-time (16–20 hours per week)
Duration: 12 months fixed term funding

Salary: £32,000 pro rata (based on experience)
Job Description: African Caribbean Mental Health Services (ACMHS) and Empower Consultants CIC are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the Ethnic WorkWell Wellbeing Project. This innovative initiative supports BAME citizens in Manchester to overcome barriers to moving into or remaining in employment by addressing health and wellbeing needs. As the Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and supporting a team of Work and Health Coaches to deliver high-quality services. You will be responsible for managing project goals, ensuring effective collaboration between stakeholders, and tracking the progress and impact of the project. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining the project’s success and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities

- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
