ROLE OVERVIEW
The FM Operations Lead requires professionals who are innovative and forward-thinking, with strong communication skills. The candidate should be capable of effectively interacting with NEOM end users and service providers across all sectors to ensure that operations align with the NEOM vision. The role involves overseeing public facilities within the jurisdictional authority and managing the day-to-day operations.

The FM Operations Lead SMP responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Key Accountabilities
· Oversee all operational and maintenance aspects of the assigned facilities, ensuring smooth daily functioning, and exceptional service delivery by FM service partners
· Conduct daily rounds and inspection and monitor all FM activities within NEOM facilities.
· Conduct system and service frequent walkthroughs, audits, surveys to ensure that NEOM is in world class operations.
· Support the implementation of Facility Management and safety program according to (SBC- CBAHI (FMS) – IFMA –NFPA – JCIA – NEC - IEC - OSHA) Standards.
· Perform design review based on the designated code and standard.
· Determine budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule, and assist with other administrative and technical duties.
· Coordinate O&M activities to secure efficiency and compliance with company standards and policies.
· Communicate and ensure alignment between all internal and external stakeholders for normal and event operations.
· Take responsibility for all assets that are within the assigned jurisdictional area. Ensure that all assets are safe, secured, always serviced and fit for use.
· Develop an operating process and platform for all events and liaison with NEOM Stakeholders for events that occur/take place in NEOM Communities.
· Maintain communication with all end users to enhance customer satisfaction.
· Ability to innovate and promote bold ideas.
· Coordinate service partners to ensure world class livability and service delivery to assigned juris dictional area.
· Ensure that emergency management plans are up to date, and emergency drills are frequently conducted.
· Develop scopes of work, KPI’s, SOP’s and other operational processes.
· Coordinate with relative stakeholders for various projects in NEOM communities.
· Ensure service standards and expectations of NEOM with monitoring and reporting systems in place.
· Participate in technical evaluations, Jobber’s, development, and issuance of RFP’s.
· Develop the financial requirements for the operations in order to provide high-level services in line with NEOM standards.
· Take responsibility, in collaboration with FM Operations Strategies, for building and maintaining a high- performance team
· Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate / appraise staff and provide regular feedback on performance

· Coordinate all activities through CAFM.
· Ensure that all equipment is used safely and in accordance with current regulations and company policies.

· Maintain full awareness of all activities raised against FM service partners within the assigned area, including understanding the nature of the issue, its severity, the solution and the expected resolution timeframe.
· Participate in setting performance requirements and recruiting for key positions across NEOM FM Operations.
· Make sure the Operation Plan are meet with work at least the following (duty roster -Tools and equipment's- Consumables and spare part – third party specialized contractor detail- etc...)
· Perform and review the invoice monthly for service provider.
· Perform and update the CAFM software (Asset Register – Work orders – PPM – CM – Minor work...)
· Review the KPI and Service Level Agreement with service provider.
· Supervise and mentor team members to enhance their skills and deliver high-quality results.
· Develop monthly or periodically reports to share and present to management as requested.
· Performs any other related tasks and duties as directed.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
· 4 years‐experience in a similar role
· FM management experience.
· Strategic experience in operations and management.
· Public Administration Experience.
· Excellent written and oral communications skills
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in facility management, business, engineering or any related field.
· Master’s degree in business management is preferred.
