Parsons Corporation seeks a highly skilled and experienced
Senior Stage-Gate Lead to contribute to the groundbreaking NEOM THE LINE project. This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of project management methodologies, a strong focus on process improvement, and a passion for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop, implement, and manage the Stage-Gate process for the project, ensuring adherence to the defined stages and gates.
- Oversee the preparation and review of gate review packages, including design documents, risk assessments, and cost estimates.
- Facilitate gate review meetings, ensuring timely decision-making and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, including work breakdown structures, activity sequencing, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and delays.
- Implement effective change management processes to accommodate project changes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential risks.
- Monitor and report on risk exposures.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project performance.
- Track and report on project metrics, including schedule adherence, budget performance, and quality.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Continuously evaluate the Stage-Gate process and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance project delivery.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the project team.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.

- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as PMI and PRINCE2.
