About Xerogrid : We are key technical partners with Victron Energy, Pylontech Battery and commercial BESS, Fronius, Solinteg Our primary business model is design distribution to trade offering supply and tech support to professional installers.We usually sub contract installations, but do our own smaller systems ,and on site support/commissioning with our installers. Our main client base is B2B We have developed an operating system for commercial BESS systems using UK software , with Pylontech blessing .We have a USP in a right place, right time situation and need to take full advantage of the exciting prospects our business development manager is finding.

Key deliverables
· Full system specification inc SLDs, cost estimates, ROI and yield calcs using PV-GIS/other open- source tools
· Project management from taking the Client brief, through design, procurement and system configuration and pre-build and delivery to site, installation and commissioning tech support
(we can support with specialist learning opportunities for project management)
· Supplier, Client, Installer and other specialist contractor liaison (e.g. roofers, structural engineers, wind/other renewable technologies, planning)
· Tech Support - end-user or trade/Installer support
· One-off equipment sales
· System configuration & physical assembly, including in-cabinet systems
· Solar panel - roof and ground mounted design solutions
· System installation (not regulatory electrical commissioning)
· DNO approval tech support via out-sourced or subcontracted specialists (we may look to offer as an in-house service)
· MSC accreditation

· Ability to comprehend technical data sheets related to solar PV equipment and systems
· Self-motivated and able to work without guidance
· Manual ability to build systems to an exceptionally high standard, on and off-site
· Experience in panel-building

· Willingness to achieve commercial and financial objectives
· Chemistry : Were a small , tight nit group , so its essentail we all work in a fun , focused and collaborative atmosphere
