Gamma Energy has been established in the UK for 10 years and belongs to the Diggia Group. We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team as we grow our UK business.
Area/Department description
Diggia are an international engineering group who provide a suite of services over a range of renewable energy assets; in particular electric vehicle charging infrastructure, ground mounted and rooftop commercial scale and utility scale solar PV, energy efficiency improvements and battery technology.
Since 2002, we have developed different projects at a global level helping companies and public administrations with innovative, sustainable and human solutions and services. Your mission
- Ensuring that the project is carried out in line with contractual requirements, approved budgets, agreed time scales, specifications and internal company procedures.
- Resource planning and coordination of the team(s) associated with the project, ensuring that a professional and efficient service is provided.
- Managing all aspects of project delivery, from planning to the monitoring of progress and implementing required actions to ensure that the objectives of the project are met.
- Managing the finances of the project, including billing.
- Building relationships with external clients, subcontractors and internal colleagues, in order to effectively manage and supervise the projects.
- Liaising with clients as required to ensure that a positive working partnership is maintained.
- Providing regular updates to the Operations Manager.
- The role is based in London but there will be a requirement for site visits.
Your profile
- Experience working within the UK construction sector, particularly with renewable energy projects.
- Experience and deep understanding of CDM regulations, ensuring compliance and effective project management.
- Good initiative and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
