We are looking for an
Operational Project Coordinator to join our team.
We are looking to recruit an Operational Project Coordinator to work with Ohme’s installation partners to help ensure a smooth installation process for customers that purchase an Ohme EV charger. In this role, you will monitor customer cohorts through their installation journey, monitor partner SLA adherence, provide triage support for any installations that fall outside our ideal installation journey, identify opportunities for process improvement, approve partner estimates, and report on monthly activity.
Most importantly, you be a customer champion and ensure we always prioritise a superior customer experience. This role reports to the Operational Account Manager within the Operations team.
What we need from you:
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure transparency in relation to the installation journey.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and associated processes.
- Ensure that no customer gets left behind by using data/tools to identify and resolve any journey impediments.
- Self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Naturally inquisitive and a creative problem solver.
Who you are:
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices essential.
- Excellent communicator, both in writing and on the phone.
- Experience working in an operations role.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and with prioritising on the fly.
- Data-driven and able to interpret and make decisions using numbers and management dashboards.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
