Job Title: Data Analyst (12-month FTC)

Salary: £30,000
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working within the Procurement and Software Compliance team to collate and analyse data for compliance reporting
- Providing administrative support to the Procurement and Software Asset Management team to efficiently deliver business objectives
- Collaborating with multiple vendors and resellers to format data compatible with Flexera
- Developing and driving Procurement and Software Asset Management (SAM) governance objectives
- Performing data collation, analysis, report production, delivery, and audit support
- Supporting compliance management with data analytics and assist customers in understanding current usage for efficient estate management and future planning
- Developing and maintaining data tracking templates for Flexera, automate data processing, and manage license entitlement records
Essential
Your skills and experiences:
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (VLOOKUP/pivots etc.)
- Ability of managing and engaging with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Capable of analysing and interpreting complex information, to communicate and present to stakeholders
Desirable
- Prior use of IT Asset Management tooling such as, Flexera, Service Now or Coupa
- Background within IT
