About
With an MSc(Eng) in Environmental and Energy Engineering from the University of Sheffield and a strong foundation in Physics and Mathematics, my expertise spans renewable energy systems, waste management, carbon capture, and sustainable energy solutions. Key focus areas include Sustainable Energy, Energy from Waste, Combustion and Carbon Capture, and Environmental Impacts and Legislation.
My research project centred on the leaching behaviour of Cs-137 in metakaolin-based geopolymers, exploring innovative methods for immobilising radioactive waste in sustainable materials. This project further developed my problem-solving and analytical skills while deepening my knowledge of waste management and environmental remediation.
Driven by a commitment to addressing global energy challenges, I am keen to contribute to projects involving renewable energy, waste management, and sustainable engineering solutions, aiming to create a positive environmental impact.
