Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Quality Lead at Nice-Pak International in Flint. The Site Quality Lead will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control operations, conducting research on quality improvement initiatives, managing quality-related projects, providing training on quality standards, and offering exceptional customer service to uphold product quality standards.

As a key member of our Senior leadership team you will manage the quality department and analytical/microbiological lab team to deliver aganst our site OGSM
